OP is continuing their 'ranking occupation' without any moderation actions against them.
So it seems clear that it is acceptable to have multiaccounts in numerous ranking positions.

That's frustrating. I really wish they would ban this sort of behavior, although I get that it is annoying and time consuming to detect and deal with. So I do partially just wish players wouldn't do it. But alas.

My guess is that no one gets 'ranking' moderated.

Quite mild, actually.
Such cheaters usually continue cheating until they are 1st. The more popular games take several hundred games, per 1st.
That is not even mentioning those who play full games just to make their cheating harder to detect.

But the point is, in this case this is EASY to detect and yet still nothing happens to them.

Yes. Some have cheated far more without any or much moderation.
