Premium subscription new price & details (November 1st)

For the service offered, 30 euros per year is by no means a high price. Thanks for the great games offer here on BGA. I'm very curious what other games you publish here.

I got a message telling me that I am no longer premium on November 15th, as my annual subscription ran out. However, I received no invoice and the message said that the only way I could enter new credit card details would be to cancel and resubscribe. So, unfortunately, it would appear as though I do not have the option to continue to be grandfathered in at the $24 annual rate as promised. This is disappointing, although I agree the increase was only a modest raise in price.

Unfortunately not, so a payment method change force you to the new price. We have no way to deal with this in another way, since it won't be possible to create new subscriptions with previous prices. However, please note that the expiration date does not force you to change your payment method: our payment provider is managing this automatically.

Seriously!?? you raised the prices and said if we don't cancel our subscriptions we can keep the old price, but my credit card number changed because of credit card number theft and needs to be updated so I have to CANCEL my subscription and sign up again at a new price?? Even though I didn't intend to have to "cancel" and had no opportunity to change my number before your raised your prices??

You absolutely could create a new subscription for those of us having to update our payment info by having a new subscription tier with a code [b}and/or[/b] join the modern world and let people update their payment info without having to cancel the subscription!

I enjoyed this service and have gladly paid for it. However, this silliness of "you have to cancel and resubscribe at the higher price" because we don't know how to do it differently is really totally messed up!!!

Speaking of becoming more professional, it would be great if you'd keep to some kind of standards in your coding, instead of just breaking web pages on the site at random for older browsers. As there are no error messages, I assume the programmers are simply oblivious, which is quite unprofessional. (So is ignoring the bug reports.)

Games are made by 100 different programmers, some are volonteers, some are not. So if you encounter a broken page, the best is to fill a bug report with precise version of browser/os.

I do. Some devs fix them and some don't, because there are no standards.

Speaking of which, all games became unplayable yesterday on older browsers. This has been fixed, but now the site itself (home page, etc) doesn't load. Those who are affected will be unable to make bug reports, as the Community page can't be accessed either.

I agree that this is a rip-off. I had the same issue about a reissue of my credit card, and now I have to pay an additional 25% because you cannot figure out how to allow for that happening. BOGUS!

Moi je comprend pas ! je suis abonné depuis 2020 et la quand je vais dans les options je ne suis plus en renouvellement automatique alors que je les toujours était ... Peut être que j'ai voulu toucher pour modifier un jour un paramètre, mais du coup je suis plus éligible au prix de départ.
Honnêtement je suis agacé, même si il s'agit de 5 euros, à la base je me suis abonné pour soutenir le site mais la ca donne plus envi !
