It seems that you were able to find this thread on "Tournaments FAQ". Can I suggest that you start by reading its first post? It explicitly mentions that only club members can create tournaments...

What happens when you get stuck in a Tournament-game because of a bug and can't play that game anymore?

Right now I have an unplayable game in Gear&Piston-Tournament ;(

Tournaments have a max time. After it, all people with negative time is expelled and his/her opponent wins.

Yes, I know that.
But it's a welknown bug what wil make me loose the Tournament-game, wil cost me ELO and wil give me an expel-penalty!
The same situation in a no-Tournament-game mostly get fixed if you ask about it because of the unfairness.
Should there in Tournaments not also be some solution?
Like ending the game in a draw for example.
Otherwise it wil be very unfair imo

I'm confused about how prestige points are assigned for each tournament. I know that each player that registers will add some amount of prestige to the tournament and that the better that player is, the more prestige points that get added to the tournament.

What I can't figure out is why there are large differences in prestige points given between games. I will use myself as an example. I am an Elite player (rating around 1900) for both Takenoko and Logger. When I register for a single elimination Takenoko tournament, it adds 161 prestige points to the pool. However, when I register to the same type of Logger tournament, it only adds 45 prestige points to the pool. Why such a large difference? Does the popularity or complexity of a game have anything to do with how many prestige points are available?

Does anyone have any insight on how the assignment of prestige points works?
