Arena Season 3: let's go!

I totally agree with Calmon70, when a season ends if you're not #1 you have no idea how you did that season.
An end of season results statistic should be implemented. So that you can 1) see how well you did that season and 2) compare it to previous seasons.

Adding my voice here, it would be nice to know how you finished in prior seasons.

If you are 3 levels above the other player in a 2 player game, you gain nothing from winning and lose 5 shields for losing.

I agree with the earlier poster who thinks this should be fixed, either with a minimum single shield no matter what or by filtering out matchups where one player has nothing to gain.

Actually, it‘s not true that you don‘t win anything. While you might not get a „shield“, your „arena score“ still increases. As long as you don‘t reach Elite, this arena score isn‘t shown though.

Also, in your arena settings for each individual game, you already can filter out the tiers that are too low for you to gain any shields.

If you go on your "play now" homepage it's clearly shown, if you are in arena mode. It says "25 days to go" and "End: Jan 5th 2021"

This seems to be a new feature just started this week - very useful.

Except there's a mistake because it says "Season 4" finishes then, when it's Season 3!

It counts season 0 as 1, probably something to do with the underlying code. In python for example, 0 is the first number in the indexing.

Love the new features. Also iseful for figuring out the number players cutoff to determine points awarded. Here is my belief based on analysis (though no exact edge cases to determine, for example where 50 belongs...so i put it in both as a question)

Players, winner xp
1-50 6k
50-200 12k
200-500 20k
500-1000 30k
1000+ 60k

If anyone can find a past season with exactly 50, 200, 500, or 1000 participants we can know where the edge cases belong.

Click on your ranking (the bronze 1 for example ) in a game in the play now page.
