It can happen if two players take action at the same time, which is pretty rare in memoir since the only possible case is when someone change some settings (as auto pass attack react) during the opponent's turn. Just redo yout action and it should be fine.

I see, I got confused by the message saying "made the same action" because that would really be impossible. Thank you for the clarification.
