I dont like to say never, but i would never take center or restricted over mars u. The down side is just too much, Mars u cleans up your mistakes via cycling. Although, center is often considered the best raw draw card bc its a tile and doesn't need any requirements. If mars u doesn't have a point and building tag I would take restricted over it.
If its gen 2 and I can drop it, its still AI no question asked, it's just too much since now I have the priority to play forever.
It feels like you are fine with ecoline plus media, optimal and asteroids, but it often not enough even on tharsis, but Elysium is fine with ecoline. Hellas often produce very close games and AI can just get you over.
