BGA is now available using an encrypted connection at URL : https://boardgamearena.com

Some browsers (ex : Chrome) recently restricts the use of some features like audio/video chat to encrypted website. This is why we are going to redirect all of you to this encrypted website in some days. In the meantime, it would be very cool if you can give it a try and check that everything is fine for you. If it is not, please contact us as soon as possible to we can fix it before making the new encrypted version the default.

in my "Games in progress" page I don't see the current player symbol (the hourglass). I'm using Mozilla Firefox 45.0.1

A couple of potential areas to look at:
1. The studio currently has no https login.
2. Some of the site currently uses hardcoded paths (e.g. the main logo link from the forum or in-game is currently hardcoded to http).

Thanks for your feedback. I fixed the forum link.

Note: this is not planned to switch the Studio to HTTPS at now.

The game links from the 'games in progress' page are also all hardcoded http, I note that the real/turn based pages are all relative though .

Not sure if just my computer, but on new site, everything (all graphics, all print, everything) is noticeably smaller, with more open space in between - this would make games harder to play - is anyone else noticing this on the new site?

I don't have any images in the new site, only text. Can't play at all. Using firefox 45.0.1.

Through my work connection I am being limited using the new secure server - I keep getting:

Disconnected from game server!
Disconnected from game server!
Disconnected from game server!

Can we make this a toggleable option, maybe?

There's HTTP content in the preferences page and the map page, which Firefox blocks.
These pages link to http://maps.googleapis.com/

HTTP content served in the club signup page:

http://en.boardgamearena.com/theme/img/ ... ginner.gif
http://en.boardgamearena.com/theme/img/common/rank.png
http://en.boardgamearena.com/theme/img/ ... s/free.gif

Game pages also have mixed content. For example, the page for Assyria has an HTTP link to YouTube:
http://www.youtube.com/embed/n8ut_Jbz7UU
I haven't checked all game pages, but I suspect others have similar issues.
