As in title, would it be possible to disable the goal (as the draft) when playing Gathering Storm ?

When you play with Gathering Storm, you play with ALL. Goals are part of this expansion

Ok, I didn't know that.

... except that the designer advised on BGG to play your first games without the goals when you play with beginners ... even if it is not written strictly in the rules ...
