In the game Logger, if a mature tree produces a seedling, where will the seedling be placed?

Hi,
I guess you are referring to the following sentence in the rules: "Mature trees produce 1 seedling in any space adjacent to them if able".
At first, I also found it ambiguous because "any" could mean "one free adjacent space" and then the rules does not say who decides which space. But now I think "any" means "all the free adjecent spaces" and it seems to me that this is what has been implemented: one seedling in each free adjacent space, which makes sense.
NB: in the French rules, it is translated as "one free space" instead of "each free space" which might be wrong.

Mature trees seed in each empty space (ortogonally).
As you know, in Logger diagonals don't exist
