Draw tournament

Why I busted out of the tournament (http://pl.boardgamearena.com/#!table?table=21924389), after all, was a draw? Whether the game should not be repeated?

Never a game is rematched.

If you tie in score, some games has tie-breakers. If it's still a tie-match, who has more ELO qualify to next round (or get victory point in swiss and round robin system).

It's inverse than ELO; in a "complete-tie" with ELO, who has more ELO loss just a few points -depending opponent-

What would happen if ALL TIED? Both qualifies or both disqualifies?

If in Swiss or RR, each will get 0.5.

In single elimination, who has more ELO qualify to next round.

How about if ELO tied, and lost the same ELO, I meant that.

BGA has a two decimals about ELO, you can see 1550, but maybe you've 1549.79

So, if both players has the same ELO, it's random...
