Remove "Quit this game"

Hello
Again, I have been quitting a game without any confirmation while returning to main screen on mobile phone. I know the screen is small but it happens too much time and I am seen in the bug report that I am not the only one that does not have the confirmation screen.
So, i was wondering if "Quit this game" is really useful, especially close to return to main screen.
How many players are really voluntary quitting a game ? Most of the time, I have seen people leaving the game and I have to wait to "expel" them rather than waiting they "quit".
If this option is removed, no more risk to quit a game without confirmation and still can expel players that simply leave the game.
Just leave "concede the game", that will be even better for the players.
