I make my moves several times a day.
I do not quit games.
yet somehow,I have penalties in these games that I was waiting for my opponents to move:

First, I recommend you to be "a little polite" in forums. Could be "aggresive" write "wtf" .

Second, In tournaments, you don't get time extra for play, and I saw that these tournaments are so faster, first 2.5 days per player and second 1.5 days. So you should play faster or try to coincide at same time with your opponent.

Generally is recommend to set at least 5 days for players in short games and 10-15 days for long games.
