Remove player who turns off computer without quitting

If the game has not started, remove player who is not online
after 1 or 2 minutes so we don't think we almost have enough
players. It should be shorter than if the game has already
started when you don't want to wreck it. I don't want to wait
20 minutes when someone joined is actually offline.
