Contacting admins

I cannot seems to be able to get in contact with admins via email using contact at boardgamearena.com address.
It has been month an a half since my first email and have no response, and I sent two more since then.
Any developer here had any success contacting them via email and how long does it took to reply?

Een if you reading this can you please check your junk mail folder for my emails? My last email subject contains "needs review"
because I finished game development and asking for BGA review and publisher review according to the process.
I also asking if I can contact the publisher about the graphics and some other questions (I can contact them directly,
I am just don't want to do it behind your back).

Lastly I was offering help to finish any "almost finished" projects, fix bugs or help with studio tooling since I am Eclipse IDE tools developer in real life :)

Hi,
I'm also waiting for a game I'm working on to be reviewed, but sourisdudesert told me that he had very little time at the moment, and asked me to wait till mid-july. So maybe your game too will more likely be reviewed in a few weeks.

Its good to know, but you did get the reply at least. I am not sure they actually received my email at all.

I'm being hypocritical here, but try and be patient. Sometimes they will respond quickly (within 24 hours), but other times they will take months (my last message from them was beginning of April). It really depends what they are working on - they get a lot of emails and understandably will ignore them temporarily so that they can concentrate on other things. My original contact with them took a fortnight.

Reading this! ;)
sourisdudesert is managing the contact address emails (last time I tried to manage BGA emails I got crazy), and I confirm that he has been really busy for some time; we passed some milestones (such as a board game fair in Paris last week-end where we had our first BGA stand ever to showcase the sandbox), but there is a lot going on still and he probably won't be able to reply to many mails except the most urgent. I can't tell you for sure about the spam folder but most likely it's just us being overwhelmed.

You can repost your email to me in a forum private message and I'll see what I can do but be advised that I may not be much better, I have been postponing a review for about a month too, and some Puerto Rico bugs are still clamoring to be fixed :D

Wow, I used Eclipse for a while in a previous life, that must not be an easy job. Congrat's and thanks for anything I used that you may have created.

About the studio, the sandbox is gonna need us to rethink our approach, so things are still a bit fuzzy about exactly how we'll go at the studio tooling next. Thanks for your offer anyway, I'll certainly keep it in mind :)

About games, if you want to have a go at making Hive better (http://forum.boardgamearena.com/viewtop ... 25&p=27241, http://forum.boardgamearena.com/viewtop ... 96&p=29106, http://fr.boardgamearena.com/#!bugs?game=79), just tell me and I'll give you rw rights to the game. It would be much appreciated by Hive players I think.
