When someone has played a number games, in what order are they listed?

For some games, one has a ranking (eg. 1234th) and sometimes listed as not ranked even if some elo games has been played. How is this determined?

After 60 days without play a game, you get out of rank and you see "no ranked", you back to the rank list when you play again.

Oso answered the unranked part.

the games are ordered by the amount of prestige earned in each game.

prestige can be acquired by playing a game more times ... winning more times .. becoming a top20 player ... placing in the top3 of a tourney.
