Black market can consume goods in one builder phase?

In Table#22804762, PetoTonante used corn, coffee, and one doubloon to build chapel. It's seemed odd to me cause what I had known is that when using black market, only one good can be consumed, not goods. I wonder that which one is true.

I just wonder to know how to use black market :) I've built a coffee shop, while I've got a black market occupied, and I paid the price which I had to pay without black market. Anybody knows ?

You can use Black market only when you have not enough doublons to pay the building.

Black Market (Builder Phase): Trade 1 colonist, barrel, and/or VP for 1, 2, or
3 doubloons off building cost

In the Builder phase, the owner of an occupied black market may reduce the cost
of a building by up to 3 doubloons by returning one colonist, one barrel, and/or one
VP to the supply. The player may not return more than one barrel for each type of
good. A player can only use the black market if he doesn’t have enough money in
his bank to buy the tile (i.e. after using the black market function to purchase a
building tile, he cannot have any doubloons left in his bank).

Example: Leo has an occupied black market, and wants to purchase a factory (cost = 7), but
only has 5 doubloons on his Compass Rose. He returns a sugar barrel and a VP chip to the supply
for 2 doubloons, pays his 5 doubloons to the bank, and purchases the factory. He could not
have also returned a colonist to the supply for 3 doubloons instead of 2, because he would then
have 1 doubloon left in his bank. He could not have traded in 2 VP chips for 2 doubloons off
the cost, since he can only trade one of each type.
Notes: The player cannot return the colonist on his black market tile – this would make the
black market tile unoccupied, and unusable. Also, when using the black market function, if a
player returns a colonist or VP tile after the game end requirements have been met, the game is
still over.
