Keyboard Shortcuts

I'm been looking for a list of keyboard shortcuts but haven't been able to find any. Does such a list exist? The main one I'm interested in is an "end turn" shortcut.

No, I think it's because all people just use "touch-screen" or "mouse" for play, and boardgames aren't games where you need a fast moves like videogames.
