Some people is creating tournaments of 2017 and far.

Would be a good idea if people can't create tournament more than 3 months since actual day.

More people will participate, though.

i agree with Oso's suggestion of 3 months. the longer the timeframe for registration, the fewer the eventual players.

In which that I had already decided to make the tours.

Not really, and generally people forget joins to tournaments.

I don't really see the point of starting tournaments that no one can register for, either. What is the point? Unless it's a monthly thing, which I can understand, but there's no point in having them more than a year in advance.
