I think it could be a good idea to add an arrow over the player whom receive your cards on each turn.

I think that, if you are playing live, this is something you're supposed to remember. When you play face to face you don't get any helps like this.

If you are playing turn-based so that it's impossible to remember those things, that's why they added the Notes feature and makes that unnecessary to do.
