The new cards for Hearts

The new playing card style that has been introduced for the game of Hearts are really horrible to play with. They look insipid and badly designed. The court cards in particular (Jack, Queen & King) are really hard to read. Is it the Queen of Spades or Clubs? Who knows! And now the cards in 'My Hand' are displayed in two rows rather than one which means that one of the suits is now split between two different lines which makes it confusing to play with and extremely annoying. Sadly I will no longer be playing Hearts on this website.

The cards you are displaying here, sourisdudesert, are not the same as the ones I just had the misfortune to play with. These are slightly better but still not as good to play with as the old ones. Furthermore, it does not address the issue of having the cards in my hand displayed in two rows rather than one

These are not the same cards as you have listed in the comments to the Hearts Players group.

Note the numbers in bold (1637 vs 1851) It's a different set of cards.

A short note of support for the older (initial? inaugural? before the change?) presentation of the cards and their display. New mods are a step back.

It might be cool if the table owner could choose the card design from a pull down list. Since it seems like someone always hates a change, this could at least prevent one gripe

Maybe not the admin-table, but each player can choose the card style like in Can't Stop board style.

Sorry but the cards are now
exactly like they were looking before. I can unfix the bugs or remove the game if you prefer to make it more "like it was before" but I'm not sure you'll enjoy it
