Board Game Arena

Hello,

Today, we are doing a major server update on a critical component (for realtime game).

The goal is to increase the service capacity.

The new component seems stable, although we still have some difficulties. At now, 2 non-critical features are not working :

• A lot of you are marked "offline", despite they are online (which explains the low number of "connected/playing players" on the website).
• The "spectators list" / "list of players at this table" is buggy.

We are working now to make these features back as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

UPDATE : the 2 features above has been fixed now. Sorry for the (very) instable day. All penalties received today has been removed.

Thanks for the link but can you be more specific about the issue?

The replay restart completely when a player undo his whole turn of moves.

The opponent was skipped by me, but I got a leave penalty and 10 ELO lost, the game was back in the 1%.

The server stopped responding today on my last move and i got a time penalty. Can that be removed please?

This exact thing happened to me in a game of keyflower about a month ago. So frustrating.

I was disconnected and couldn't even reach the website. Everyone in the game was experiencing problems as well.
