Unranked should not give leaves if you leave or lose your time in them.

They are unranked for a reason.

There should be no pentalties whatsoever when the game is Unranked and not even serious.

Why assume it's not serious? Some people are just not interested in ELO and prefer to play without it. It doesn't mean they're not taking the game as seriously.

Quite personally, I don't want anyone just leaving a game, unranked or not. If i"m trying to play a training game, I want to play it and finish it. How am I supposed to learn it if people are leaving? If all players would like to stop the game they can do a group abandon without penalty, so if someone doesn't care if you leave, you can do that.

Unranked does not mean not serious.

I play with my two daughters quite often. To avoid any semblance of using multiple accounts to promote a player, we turn ELO off. We play some four-player games, and let the fourth player know at table set-up the situation. If they agree to it, and then quit the game, they deserve a penalty for wasting our time.
