Not sure where to put this , please inform me where or what should I do next time If I see any more Abusing players.
Reporting Player(s) : maven13 , maven1
Reason : ELO boosting .
https://en.boardgamearena.com/#!gamesta ... game_id=13 , you can see that maven13 and maven1 played many stone ages game , and maven1 conceded all the game before 50% progession . This is obvious elo boosting , making maven13 the 1st player in stone age . Thank you

You should report them, according to bga.
but don't get your hopes up that something will come out of that: a lot of reports are just closed without any further action. Even with blatant cheating like the one you described

This is SO untrue. We even made a news about that. Our strategy for ELO boosting is simple : when this is not obvious, we are waiting. In this case, on October 7th there have been a report and this was NOT obvious at this time. Then it became obvious and we ruined all the effort of this player. Now all the time he spent has been wasted. Please stop screaming on moderators - there are plenty of reports and they are doing a good job.

This was true some month ago I hope it changed, but I reported a player : he was playing games expert/master with another account ! In 3 moves, he lost the game (for an expert, or a master, that's strange !) 1 time, ok ! 2 times... but that was 3 times : 3 games in 2 minutes
but that thing has changed, It is good, but in this case, you should ban all the players that I have reported

I have seen a lot of players who do elo boosting ! I watched your report, we can clearly speak about elo boosting... I don't know this game, but 51/51 victories against an expert player. The expert player has 0 points : really? I watched another results, the loser always have points but an expert has 0?? imposible ! Oh, and all the games are conceded.. why?
Really... this player should be banned because he cheats. The players I reported should be banned too !

You reported only 1 player for multiple accounts, the moderators studies the case and there was 2 persons with 2 accounts without ELO booting. I just verify it again and there is no problem about these 2 players.
maven1 + maven13 is very different, it was clearly ELO boosting and we took action.

yea, at the start I reported them as "kingmaking". But I talked with a moderator (Een) and he said me to send the username + clues by PM. I did it but... no banned !
2 experts or master playing one game, that's a close game ! Not a game finishing really fast (3-4 moves / 3 games in 2 min) with each time the same winner...
An expert can do a mistake, but 3 noob mistake at first move on 3 games in a row... unbelievable !

Kingmaking and multiaccount are 2 different things. Kingmaking is only a 3p+ player game when one player is outrageously favoring another. Multiple account is the use of multiple accounts. There can be Kingmaking with multiaccount, but in this case this is way more better to report multiaccount.
That said, if username has been send to Een and nothing happens, it means that the clues where not sufficient
