Hello, recently I had a game which suddenly ended and it was written that I won, but I gained no star. How does this work? Do I lose or get something from such game? Is it some kind of resign from the game?

I assume you are talking about your Hive game against Zehradieux. (For the future, when asking questions about how something works, it is helpful to include which specific game you are asking about. )

All 2-player games on BGA have a concede button. If one person knows they are so far behind that they cannot win, there is little reason to continue the game (wasting both player's time). Wins and losses (and their effect on ELO) are still applied as if the game went to the end. However, since score doesn't matter on BGA, it just shows the score at the time of the conceding. In Hive, that is 0-0 until a queen is surrounded.
