Hello guys,

I want to open a new topic for discussing the translation into Spanish related to Dominion.

I have been checking the translated units and so far they are pretty good, but I have found some inconsistencies with the official translation by Devir:

1) Caps.
The following words and terms should be spelled ALWAYS in caps: Carta, Acción, Compra, Reino, Suministro, Mazo, Pila de Descartes, Tesoro, Maldición, Punto de Victoria, Carta de Victoria, Ataque, Reacción, Turno

2)Translation conventions:
set aside = apartar, according to Devir's official translation
Estate = Finca, and not Estado

3) In cases like this: ${player_name} gains a ${card_type_name},
in order to avoid the clumsiness of translations like 'un/a' that try to deal with the unknown gender and number of the contents of a variable, I propose to change it for the more elegant 'una Carta de', that covers every text that the variable may contain.

Feel free of adding any considerations I may have missed.

Hello all,

I have reviewed all the translation units in Dominion and made changes according to the guidelines above. I've seen the Matasiete has done so as well.

I'm quite satisfied with the results, but feel free to make any change you consider necessary (and don't forget to add a post here so that everyone is aware of it! )

and what about this ?

$player_name has no action cards in hand; ${player_name} draws two cards

are some mistake on the original text, and show that text ($player_name) , instead the "name" of the player

It seems there are missing brackets. Let me check.
