Be a jerk, and be hated by the community.
The discussion of *why* you would want to do this is outside of this thread -- you have given indications of that elsewhere. But, since you asked *how*, here is the answer.
Set up and/or join games with fast play times, wait until you run out of time, and quit them. You will get both an "out of time" and a "left game before it finished" penalty. You will most likely also get a red thumb from your opponent, which will limit your maximum Karma.

Thank you Jest
I will just run out of games then. Seems like the safest way

I will lower my karma with kindness ^^

You will also likely piss off other players who haven't done anything to you. Why do you want to take this out on innocent people? That's certainly not "with kindness." But you'll not get any help from me on your little project cause I already have a note on you to not play with you.

As I noted before, the discussion of why is probably best left for another thread.

Karma was a step behind. It doesn't differ really bad guys from the players who got a couple of random quits. Also it has no memory and doesn't support players who have thousands of green thumbs and games without quits and timeouts but suddenly receive some quits.
I think that players who insult others, cheaters, players who intentionally break games for others should be banned. And the ban period should be progressive.
For other players we need only quit percent and red/green ratio.
When you play a short game with one opponent you can play even with someone who has 20% quits. But when you play with 5 opponents you want they have no more than 2% quits.
red/green ratio is needed for players who didn't do something to report them but still upset other players. And of course you shouldn't be allowed to give more red thumbs than number of your games divided by 10. Because BGA players who wasn't banned are nice guys in general.
