Cancel bad reputation ??

Dears,

I have a bad reputation since a friendly game night... where my friends had problems to connect to the game I generated.
Don't ask me why but I had to kill the games and create new ones several time in a row without a single turn played so we could finally play altogether. (I think you can check the log of November 19th with toxycowarrior and DannyMc)
So, now as private joke, they "hesitate" to play with me. :D But I'm sure, there are good players who do so too...

I suggest that you introduce the following rules in the calculation :
- closed game with specific players aren't considered in the computation
- introduce a remove bad reputation system according to other players (if they don't mind, why should it be bad on you) but to avoid dispute anonymously

Best regards
Lolorase
PS... If you could correct my bad reputation, I'll appreciate. ;)

So send me an invite to Carc (turn-based) and also learn a short game like Can't Stop, and as long as you finish out the game, I'm willing to help get a few points back. In fact, anyone in that situation is welcome to do this. (Or even a live game if it's unlimited time, as I don't like the timer.)

What are you meaning by this? I think the only way to do this would be specifying ahead of time what players would not count, and they certainly would have to agree to it, and I think that would get difficult. Being a "closed game" (i.e. a private invite) doesn't necessarily mean those players should not count in a calculation. Just because I include someone in a private invite doesn't automatically mean it's someone I know who shouldn't count in this. I've done private invites with people on here that I don't really know. (But I could be misinterpreting your meaning.)

But, other players might mind. That two specific players ask them to remove your bad reputation and have no issues with you doesn't mean automatically that no one else minds or is not affected by it. That is, those two people can't decide your reputation for the entire community. They can leave you a green thumb though. Or at least, this shouldn't be something automatic.

I think it's probably best to contact an admin privately, give the other names, explain the situation, time it happened, etc. They might not find it on the forums.
