Is yahtzee bonus intended?

On Upper Tier bonus, it is shown that you get +30 for reaching 63 points; however, the system gives 35. is this intended(probably not), a translator bug, or a system bug?
The bonus has always been 35 for as long as I have been playing the game (20+ years)

Im more disapointed that they added the stupid Rigole to Yahtzee.
