I've noticed that a lot of the games that have come up in the last several months are not mobile-friendly when it comes to the mouseover pop-ups. Many of these games don't have pop-ups that work on mobile which makes it very hard to pick up and learn new games.

I agree with you. Some new games are definitely hard to play on a mobile device. I tried to play Madeira on my phone and a third of the board was cut off, making it impossible for me to play it. The more complex the game is, the less mobile friendly it is.

Legendary Inventors is mobile friendly, though - I play often on my phone and haven't had any problems.
