Hearts and Oh Hell - Pick cards before your turn

Hi,
I'd love to be able to pick cards to play before it's my turn for the trick taking card games that I play. This is already a feature in Belote, and it would be a great enhancement to also be able to do this in Hearts and Oh Hell!
