i have create a new group.

Now i have few questions for it.

If i make a new post in this group, how can see the members this news?
Must the members login in the group before they can reed it or see this message on welcome page?

Also i looking for group chat function.
Where can i find it?

As to people knowing when there are posts, that will come up in their notifications. They can either click on that and be taken to the post, or chose to go directly to the group. You don't "log in" to a group, but you have to be logged in to the site.

There is a chat. It's the "Discuss" button on the group page.
