Ever since the Elo change and addition of new ranks (strong/apprentice) the background images for tournaments in progress & planned has been screwed up. Like you'll see the green good player or blue average player background now in tournaments.

Yeah, this is very ugly, tournament placement icons are all messed up. Also, I am trying to create a tournament for the first time but I don't see the option to even assign my icons/pictures... can someone tell me how is this done?

you have to create the tourney first.

once the tourney is created, but before launch, there is an option near the top where you can upload a tourney image.

i'm at the point where i don't bother joining tourneys that don't have a customized image
