First of all let me state that I work in the software industry and I often have to translate UIs and help messages.T
here are several trends when translating but there is something we need to unify:
"To discuss" is often translated in Spanish to "Discutir" but it has a lot of connotations in Spanish (its meaning its closer to "argue" than to "chat")
We need to replace / update the Spanish occurrences of "to discuss" wiht the verb "charlar" that is more friendly (as in a fellowship game environment)
