Don't allow clicking on suggest to players that cannot be suggested

Hola!
There are a few cases were you cannot suggest to a player that appears as suggest-able on the list:
- when you've suggested to the player, he disappeared from the list and then came back.
- when the player got offline.
On those cases the suggest button should be removed from the list.
