players by country or language

Is there a way to only accept players who speak a certain language or are only from a certain country the way we can set up a game and only accept players who have a certain Karma score or at at a certain level? This would be better than having the admin of the game kicking people out before the game starts as I've noticed this happening a lot lately.

There's not currently a way to do that, except for two suggestions.
One, go under Community where you look for groups. If you type the country you might find that a group exists for it. If one does exist and you join it, you can limit your games to that group.
You can also put what you want in the comments thing and hope that people respect your wishes. Since the default is now to hide games we don't qualify for, it's probably easier to assume that all games showing are "fair game" and maybe not look as close. But some of us at least do look at that kind of thing.

Ha - I finally looked and see you're from Canada. I was thinking if it was some small out of the way country there might be a group for it....

I was asking as there seems to be a group from a certain country that doesn't want to have any players from anywhere else and they just kick you out with no explanation. It comes across as very rude. i just keep a list of them so as to not join their games in the future as I can give them a thumbs down (to id them as unsuitable players).

I'm not aware of any. I don't see anything in the drop-down choices. But you might want to make a suggestion that they allow people to pick "world" (like Yucata does) or just be able to leave it blank, etc. I wouldn't think it would be hard to add something to the drop-down choice. When someone requested that they not require a gender, they changed that fairly quickly. I think it's totally fair to not have to divulge anything you don't wish to, or at least to not have it showing to the general membership.

You wouldn't be the first to complain about getting kicked out of a table with no explanation. But I don't see why it would be rude if someone wants to play only with those who speak their language, and right now there's no way to filter for that.
