Nine Men's Morris - How to end/score the game?

With the new Sandbox-game Nine Men's Morris how does the scoring at the end work?

For example lets say:
We both have 3 stones left on the board.
I close a row of 3 and capture 1 stone of my opponent.
So I won the game.

Do I press "end my turn" or do I press "end game"?

When I press "end game" it says: "Do you agree with both of us scoring 0."
No I don't; so I adjust with +/- beneath my name: 1-0.
But then it still says: "Do you agree: 0-0."

So I don't understand how it works.
Have I to put score of 3-2 maybe?
Or just end my turn and leave scoring to my opponent?
How does it work? :?

I discovered that the answer is that at the end of the game the loser has to concede;
thanks ekma :D

In fact you can concede, but the "normal" way of doing it is to propose a 1-0 score and to accept this as a result.

I wonder is this really working?
As mentioned, I tried but couldn't get it to work:

No I don't; so I adjust with +/- beneath my name: 1-0.
But then it still says: "Do you agree: 0-0."
I looked also at the games of the top 5 players.
When the endscore is 1-0; all those games were ended by conceding.
Some other games with no use of conceding end with both players winning with 0-0

By the way: thanks for bringing this nice and fun game here :D
