It appears that in Swiss-style tournaments, players can still be matched up even when one player's account has been deactivated/closed.

In https://en.boardgamearena.com/#!tournament?id=9668, (Quoridor), we have a player (shikemoku) whose account is closed, yet is still getting matched with other players.

This is going to be fixed starting tomorrow (for both banned players and removed accounts).
