Yahtzee: How do you score a second yahtzee?

I scored a second Yahtzee but cant figure out how to score it in game? Can someone help me with this?

Each scoring opportunity is available exactly once each game. If you rolled 5-of-a-kind twice, the second one cannot be scored as a Yahtzee. It can be scored as a 4-of-a-kind, 3-of-a-kind, full house, chance, or the number rolled.
I am unsure if the Joker rules are implemented, which allows one to take the Large or Small Straight also, and the Yahtzee bonus.

As the rules that you linked to says, if you get a second Yahtzee, you do get to score it as something else but you get a 100 point bonus. I didn't see the BGA Yahtzee give me that bonus.
