Searching the forums

Hi,

It seems to me that the search engine on the forums is broken. Lately, whenever I search in the forums to see if some issue has already been addressed (including this issue that I am posting about right now :) ) the search engine may find some plausible hits, but when i click on "Jump to post" or otherwise try to read the posts it found, it seems it cannot retrieve them, and I get a page that says:
_

Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred...

Invalid query string
_
Have other people experienced this? Is it that some posts are deleted from the database? (But if so, why can the search engine find them?!) Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this :)

As far as I can see forum search is not broken.

Can you specify the word you are searching that breaks the search and/or the URL that fails?

For instance, I search for "running out of time on tournaments" and the search engine finds 26 hits. The top two are from a post that I just posted half an hour ago. But every single hit on the first page results in the error message I mentioned if I try to click on the search result. On the other hand, I *know* that my post from half an hour ago can be accessed by going to the main forums page and clicking on it in the list of latest posts. So somehow the problem is specific to the search results page.
