Why I lose a point if I pass ? If Im seeing that have no point to continue, I will pass, my opponent could insist in play even if has no chance, but I lose a point for passing, this rules doesnt exist.

There are various different sets of rules for Go, with slight variations. BGA uses the rules formulated by the American Go Association (AGA), which are also used in Britain and France.
The rule about giving a stone to your opponent when you pass is part of the AGA rules and is intended to make the two main ways of scoring - area scoring and territory scoring - almost the same.
A summary at
http://senseis.xmp.net/?AGARules has a discussion about these rules and the pass stone.
