[bug report] Can't open bug on phone (Chrome 58)

Hey,
Quite sorry to put that here rather than in the bug tracker, but it seems not possible to open a bug linked to a table number in the current Chrome mobile browser.
Basically, you enter the table number, click away to remove the focus, a link to the table appears but there's no field to enter a bug description.
Do note I never opened a bug before so I don't know if it was broken recently of not.
