Board Game Arena

I have a major suggestion; Is there a way to run tournaments with full tabled games like I would love to play a full table of Nippon in tournament fashion and alot for 5 to 7 days time per player. Now I would be okay with single elimination due to time constraints if that is a storage issue on the server. But, I really want to do these things if it were possible. I am getting very tired of playing 2 player tournaments, Thank You.
