Hello,
I will introduce soon Brasilian secret services on the game (16th ss).

If some would like to discuss about the futur power of this playerboard, please do it here.
Right now, I have two ideas: one linked with CARNAVAL, the other One with "Do it Yourself"

For CARNAVAL, I would propose to shift the cards for the line to the left or to the right.
For "DIY', I would propose that the player can, at the end of turn, take back up to 3 equipments he used this turn.

Maybe CARNAVAL seems to be the most relevant.

DIY seems too overpowered, I would suggest that only a single equipment may be taken back.

CARNAVAL is also quite powerful, and really changes up things.
Coupled with the Red Case aim it may even be better than CANADA's CSIS power to shift cards up.
Without it it seems to be a little weaker though.

I'm for CARNIVAL.

i like the idea of a shift left and right. we can move up and down, why not left or right

First thing I note ... is that it's Carnival ... instead of Carnaval... thanks
I will keep DIY for a small future country.

Actually 'Carnaval' is right in Portuguese
DIY is very strong. It's in line or sometimes better than current Germany power with only 1 equipment retrieval.
3 will be probably the most strongest power in the game I guess...
Left/Right movement will highly depend on Red Case aim. I think it's okay too.
