PUZZLE GAME N⁰1... Problem enjoy.

Hello. Following a game that we played, I found it would be good to extract some moments to make puzzles...
Here is a very high level one:

According to the situation, red starts his turn. He will be able to neutralize the Invulnerability aim with a throw >12...
But How will he do?

1. Shift col 3 sat to col 1, displacing any enemy sat
2. 1-3 Target and activate Control Center
3. 3-2 Take satcase
4. 6-2 Take adrenaline
5. Use satcase on col 4
6. 4-5 Target Kara and use the Double Agent token
7. Use Adrenaline
8. 4-5 Jetpack Kara with any of the UTE agents
9. 4-5 Kill UTE Agent and receive explosives as a reward (12 ATK against 15 str + 1d6) >94,75% chance
10. CSIS Agency power - Cards are shifted up
11. Use explosives
12. 3-2 Attack Invulnerability aim (12ATK against 20 str) 97,38% chance
13. 4-5 Attack 25 str sentinel (12ATK against 25 str) 66,67% chance
14. 6-2 Attack 25 str sentinel (12ATK against 25 str) 66,67% chance

Alternatively, the sub aim may be activated instead. Missing out on the 2nd 25 sentinel, in favor or even better odds.
Total point count: 2+9(3 from aim bonus)+5+5= 21

You two have better solutions than mine:
1: Satellite Col 3 → Col 1
2: Get Laptop 3_2
3: Get explosive From Supply 6_1
4: Spot Prisoner 1_1
5:Use Prisoner, Exchange Agent 1_5 with Sentinel 2_3
6:Spot Agent 2_3 (ATK +1 → ATK=1)
7:Use JetPack From PlayerBoard, Exchange Agent 2_3 with Kara 4_5
8:Use Double-Agent Token (ATK +6 → ATK=7)
9:Use CSIS Power
10 : Claim Sentinel (need 8 : 97,38%)
11 : Claim Aim Scientific Lab (need 13 : 66,67 %)

Then we have at least 3 solutions.
If we would note such puzzle on a level from 1 to 10, which level would you give?

In difficulty?
Dunno... 5?

I'm not sure if that is the most ideal move, as I didn't look to target any of the other aims.

Hum... When I put it, after playing, I stayed 5 minutes on this move, the aim was to teach a beginner. But now I suppose there are better move.
This one with your moves expects a lot of points.

Maybe we could try to change the title on "What is a maximum score to reach in safety if all dice roll are safe upper than 66.67%"
