I constantly have to F5 to see game progression

Hi,
On one of my computers the site works fine. On the other, every time it's my turn, or after I make a move, in any game, I have to refresh the browser. When I first started using the site it worked fine for a couple of games then it started not refreshing my turns. Then I got Firefox and it worked again for a couple of games, and now it's doing the same thing again.
I'm using Windows 7, the latest version of Firefox, and the latest version of IE. I have the OS and Web Browsers on my other computer and it works fine. Does anyone have any ideas of what I need to do?
