Top 3 of Ranking (Hearts) concerns players who are banned forever. Please delete them (him) from the rating list. ty

I agree. It looks like that is the same person who keeps coming back. But once someone is banned, they shouldn't be on any lists anywhere. Although this really isn't specific to Hearts.
