Move Quick Launch bar above game list

Can the quick launch bar be moved to the top of the games list?
Having the quick launch bar on the bottom means that it's constantly moving up and down as games are created & started; if the bar was at the top of the page it would be easier to see and it wouldn't bounce all over the place when you're trying to click on it.
