Board Game Arena

There's a bug in the studio regarding buttons for both "replay last moves" and "replay from this move". They don't include the current testuser=X in the replay URL. If I'm accessing the game with URL ?table=y&testuser=x then the replay buttons needs to go to a URL that includes &testuser=x so the replay is from the right perspective.

This parameter has been added to the link to allow for replaying moves from the log in the studio with the correct user.
