Board Game Arena

I tried to follow the tutorial here on creating Reversi:

I created an empty game under the control panel, AngledReversi, and from that point I was unable to create a table for the game as I thought I should be able to. This is preventing me from making further progress. Is there any suggestion for getting past this?

I just tried it and it works fine. I left default settings (1 to 4 players) and pressed Express Start. It loaded.
Define "Unable to create table"?
