Board Game Arena

The description of lead dancer is really hard to understand, even I checked replay, I don't know how it really works. Here's my own explanation, correct me if I'm wrong (L=lead dancer):

A B C

If I choose A→CAB
If I choose C→BCA

Is it right? thank you.

A→BAC
C→ACB

It basically swaps the character opposite of the Dancer with the character to the left or right of that character.
